Green Drinks events are an opportunity to informally socialize, network, have a drink or a meal, and learn about green topics in the Deerfield area. Everyone in the community is welcome, no tickets are needed, and admission is free.

We have all had enough bad news about the environment this past year. Join us as Jay Futterman presents an update on the worldwide successes of the clean energy revolution and how you at home can positively contribute. He will cover solar power, electric vehicles, heat pumps and home decarbonization, as well as actions we can all take to save money and reduce our carbon emissions.
Jay Futterman is a volunteer leader with the Sierra Club and Illinois Solar Education Association. He is also the chair of the Sustainability Advisory Group for the City of Highland Park.
